The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Fraternal Service organization. Our guiding principles of Charity, Fraternity, Unity, and Patriotism, permeate all our programs in Church, Community, Council, Family, Culture of Life, and Youth Activities.
Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to men 18 years of age or older who are practical (that is, practicing) Catholics in union with the Holy See. This means that an applicant or member accepts the teaching authority of the Catholic Church on matters of faith and morals, aspires to live in accord with the precepts of the Catholic Church and is in good standing in the Catholic Church. If you are interested in helping support our Church and our Priests, and directly serving our Parish, consider joining our Knights of Columbus Council #6949.

On Saturday, August 19, 2023, Brother Knights of Council 6949 participated in Londonderry's annual Old Home Day celebration. Every summer, for over 30 years, the Knights of Council 6949 have marched in the parade and manned a booth on the town common during this town-wide celebration, serving our famous Fried Dough to happy faces of all ages. This year, we served nearly 300 people. Old Home Day has been an annual tradition in New Hampshire since 1899, when Frank Rollins became concerned about the decline in the state's rural communities. In Londonderry, the summer tradition continues, with residents and former residents gathering every August to celebrate their town for a 3-day-long Old Home Day, including fireworks, a parade, stage entertainment, and over 100 booths on the town common. Brother Knights of Council 6949 wouldn't think of missing it.
